Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, and fresh herbs; mix until smooth.
- Generously coat each chicken piece in the mayo mixture.
- Spread grated Parmesan on a plate and roll the coated chicken in the cheese, pressing lightly.
- Place the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra crispiness, try broiling the chicken for the last few minutes of cooking. You can substitute Greek yogurt for mayo for a lighter option.
