Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken Tenders (fresh)
- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese (optional), grated
- Olive Oil Spray (or melted butter)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare your breading station: In one bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper; in another, beat the eggs; in a third, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and cheese if using.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the seasoned panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring tenders aren’t touching.
- Lightly spray with olive oil or brush with melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once golden brown, let them rest for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider double-breading the chicken and let them cool on a wire rack for crispiest results.
