Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 2 jars (15 oz each) Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup garlic Parmesan sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic Parmesan sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the rice and chicken mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor, and feel free to add vegetables like broccoli or spinach for added nutrition.
