Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 2 jars (15 oz each) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup garlic Parmesan sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic Parmesan sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the rice and chicken mixture.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
