Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
- 100g unsalted butter
- 100g granulated sugar
- 100g brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 50g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted chocolate mixture in a large bowl.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in flour and salt until just combined.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a muffin pan.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway for molten centers.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm and centers are soft.
- Let cool for 1-2 minutes before serving warm.
