Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate: Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Spread the Chocolate: Pour melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
- Add the Toppings: Sprinkle cranberries evenly over the chocolate, followed by nuts and flaky sea salt if using.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm.
- Break into Pieces: Remove from parchment and break into irregular pieces. Store in an airtight container.
