Wholesome and tasty homemade treats for your furry friend, made with love and simple ingredients.

  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (no xylitol)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the grated carrots, oats, peanut butter, and egg in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
  3. Add oat flour gradually, combining until the mixture forms a dough. It should be sticky but manageable.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut into desired shapes.
  5. Place the treats on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced out adequately.
  6. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool completely before serving to your furry friend.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for longer freshness. Treats can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
