Ingredients

  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the butterscotch chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in brewed coffee and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Allow to cool at room temperature for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least two hours until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
