Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Water (a splash)

Instructions

  1. Wash a cup of fresh blueberries thoroughly, removing any stems or debris.
  2. Combine the blueberries with one cup of yogurt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add a teaspoon of honey if you decide to sweeten the mixture.
  4. Mash the blueberries into the yogurt until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
  6. Freeze for at least 120-180 minutes or until solid.
  7. Pop the treats out of the molds and serve them to your dog.

Notes

Ensure to use unsweetened yogurt without artificial sweeteners. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
