Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, blueberries, whole wheat flour, egg, and honey. Stir until a consistent dough forms.
- Lightly flour a clean surface and knead the dough gently. Roll it out to about 1/2 inch thickness.
- Use cookie cutters to shape the dough and place the shapes on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before serving. Store in an airtight container or refrigerator.
Notes
Ensure to use unsweetened peanut butter. You can substitute blueberries with mashed bananas or pumpkin purée if desired.
