Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and melted butter, mixing until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition, followed by the pumpkin puree until fully incorporated.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
