Delightful frozen treats made from ripe bananas and berries, perfect for refreshing your furry friend on hot days.

  • Total Time: 375 minutes
  • Yield: 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (sugar-free)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by peeling the bananas and adding them to a mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash them until smooth.
  2. Add berries by chopping fresh ones into smaller pieces and folding them into the mashed bananas, or thaw frozen berries slightly and mix them in.
  3. Mix in the yogurt and peanut butter, and if desired, drizzle in honey.
  4. Blend all ingredients thoroughly until smooth with berry bits for texture.
  5. Scoop the mixture into silicone molds or an ice tray using a small ice cream scoop or spoon.
  6. Freeze for about 240-360 minutes or until fully solid.
  7. Serve and enjoy by popping them out of the molds for your pup!

Notes

Ensure to use plain yogurt and avoid flavored varieties. Ripe bananas enhance the flavor and creaminess.
