  • 2 ripe Bananas

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Start by peeling and cooking the beets until they’re tender. You can roast them in the oven or boil them. Once they’re cool enough to handle, chop them finely or mash them.
  2. Mash the Bananas: In a bowl, mash your ripe bananas until you have a smooth, creamy consistency.
  3. Combine the mashed bananas and beets with breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt, spices, and flour in a larger mixing bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Shape the Balls: With your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about the size of a golf ball.
  5. Cooking: Heat a skillet over medium heat with a touch of olive oil. Sauté the balls until they’re golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
