- Fresh Salmon Fillets

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add fresh herbs, and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- Pour half of the lemon butter cream sauce over the salmon and bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
- Drizzle the remaining sauce over the salmon before serving.
Notes
For a crispy top, consider briefly broiling the salmon just before serving.
