Ingredients
- 4-6 ounces fresh salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the Dijon mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges before serving.
Notes
Marinating the salmon in the Dijon mixture for 30 minutes can enhance the flavor. Serve with sautéed mushrooms or a side salad.
