Delicious and easy-to-make Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs wrapped in flaky crescent dough, perfect for family gatherings or game day.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz thick-cut bacon, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded gouda cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can crescent dough
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, sauté the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and drain excess grease.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic in the remaining bacon grease until fragrant.
  4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, then stir in bacon, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Unroll the crescent dough and cut it into squares; place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling, pinch edges to seal.
  7. Brush with melted butter and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot with dipping sauces.

Notes

Avoid overfilling the bombs to maintain the dough’s integrity. Serve with ranch or ketchup for dipping.
