Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz thick-cut bacon, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded gouda cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can crescent dough
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp melted butter, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, sauté the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and drain excess grease.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic in the remaining bacon grease until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, then stir in bacon, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and cut it into squares; place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling, pinch edges to seal.
- Brush with melted butter and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot with dipping sauces.
Notes
Avoid overfilling the bombs to maintain the dough’s integrity. Serve with ranch or ketchup for dipping.
