Ingredients

  • 2 Carrots (fresh, organic)

Instructions

  1. Start by washing and peeling your apples and carrots.
  2. Core the apples and chop them into small pieces along with the carrots.
  3. Place the apple and carrot pieces in a blender or food processor, along with your peanut butter and a splash of water.
  4. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, leaving a little space at the top.
  6. Pop those molds into the freezer and let them sit for about 240-360 minutes.
  7. Run warm water over the outside of the molds for easier release when they’re ready.
