Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the blueberries in a large mixing bowl until they reach a semi-smooth consistency.
  3. Mix the oat flour, coconut oil, and egg in a separate bowl until well blended.
  4. Combine the two mixtures by adding the mashed blueberries to the oat mixture.
  5. Roll the dough out onto a lightly floured surface about ½ inch thick.
  6. Place the treats on your prepared baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
