Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 20 wonton wrappers
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Chopped green onions or fresh herbs for garnish
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Lay a wonton wrapper on a clean surface, place about a tablespoon of the filling in the center, wet the edges, fold, and seal tightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, add wontons in a single layer, and lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing and garnish with chopped green onions or herbs.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer, and make sure ingredients are at room temperature for the best results.
