Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup plain or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (optional)

  • Coconut oil (for greasing molds)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: fruits, yogurt, and optional peanut butter or coconut milk.
  2. Lightly grease your silicone donut molds with coconut oil.
  3. Blend the fruits, yogurt, and any optional ingredients until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the donut molds, filling each one to just below the rim.
