Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a small cake pan (around 6 inches) with a little peanut butter or non-stick spray.
- Mash the banana in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the peanut butter until fully combined with the banana.
- Gradually fold in the whole wheat flour until you achieve a thick batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
Notes
Make sure the peanut butter is xylitol-free. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
